Finding That Motivation Again In order to be motivated towards a certain task, evaluate your reasons for doing it. For instance, you've been trying to lose weight for a while and you seemed to have reached a plateau. Sit back and think why it is important for you to lose weight. How will that make you feel? What will it help you achieve? Make a list of these reasons on a piece of paper and keep it in front of you.
