Everyone of us have dreams and we are all different in the way if grow up. Each of us are unique and we develop very different habit along the way. However, there are simple steps that can help us to a fulfilled our dream. The Motivation First take a step back today, and consider what motivates you. You could be motivated: - by financial freedom
Whatever you come up of your list, remind yourself about it every day. That way, when you are feeling down, or something knocks you down, you will have a visible reminder of what you are striving for, to offer you the motivation you need to get back up and keep moving forward. It is also important that you reward yourself along the way. Set small milestones for you to complete, and give yourself a reward whenever you meet one of those milestones. The rewards can be any small token that you will enjoy. It serves as positive reinforcement to keep you moving on to the next milestone. The Plan Many people overlook planning or fail to realize the importance of planning. Then they wonder why it is that they do not seem to be making progress. Be sure to take the time to plan how you will get to your goal. The Action This is the most important. Remember, no dream or goal can be accomplished if you do not take action. If you followed the three steps above, you will now have a broad plan, small steps to get you to your goal, and a deadline for accomplishing those steps. Now it is up to you take action on those steps. It can be daily or intermittent, but you have to take action. Finally, you need to evaluate your plan and revise as needed. Without a plan you have no direction, but you should also remember that no plan is perfect. Be adaptable to change and redirect your efforts to get you back on the path to realizing your goals and dreams. Do keep this in mind, motivation, planning, and action will help you to realize the life you envision.
