Human first teacher was our eyes. We opened our eyes and marveled at the things we saw. By constant vigilance we discovered we not only had an eye to see, but also a brain to interpret. We began to observe the things around us. We marveled at nature existence. We noted many changes in nature and the repetition of the four seasons. We observed the sun and the moon and noted their various changes. We recorded these observations in writing. The research were passed along from generation to generation as basic knowledge. Thus civilization was developed with its vast store of information, facts, science and knowledge. Many of our books are a recorded experience based on observation and interpreted in relation to other basic knowledge. Passing Events The world is a panorama of passing events. It is crowded with people, things, words and manifestations of nation. Each one affords an ample opportunity for observation and study. Taking advantage of your surroundings, observe your living environment, and make what you observe daily as a part of your self-knowledge. Best Teacher Observation is our best teacher to develop social graces. It teaches us about courtesy, which is the act of being thoughtful and considerate of others. It teaches you not to walk in front of someone without saying "pardon me". It teaches you not to forget to say "thank you' when somebody holds the door open for you. It certainly makes courtesy meant much in our life. Observation teaches us to observe things in nature that surround us daily. A good part of my understanding has been gained by observing the sun, the moon, stars, clouds and the infinite variety of natural things. They all teaches and enrich our capacity of think better. One evening on the train, I happen to glanced through the window. A beautiful sunset was had just began. I dropped my newspaper instantly. I started to observe the sunset. Right before me was nature in all of her glory. Hue melting into hue, translucent blue and rose, and the palest green lighted with golden gleams and flecks of regal purple all adorned the sky. Its majesty, its beauty, its magnitude, filled me with awe and respect. It aroused in me a love and admiration akin to reverence that only such beauty can bring. It was a mental feast for me. It inspired my consciousness with greater appreciation and a more profound understanding. It kept me in thoughts and thinking. By training yourself to observe, it will broadens your outlook, enlarge your perspective and gives depth to understanding, sharpens your wit and makes you more allergic to opportunities. Observation trains you to see the small things, and to realize that all big things are made up of a lot of little things. Try looking at a thing in all of its component parts. Observe its form, size and color and then compare them. Comparing is to analyze and to analyze activate your mind to think. Conclusion The result of observation create the inspiration and enthusiasm to invest, the inclination to make new discoveries and the desire to improve any existing plan or thing.
