However, it would be much easier to just not eat those calories in the first place. To get your fat burning, walk quickly for 30 seconds or a minute. Make it a brisk walk and try pushing yourself a little. Then, slow down to a natural speed or even slower. By walking fast, you will get your heart pumping, and this is what you need to make it cardio-vascular. The slow walks give you a chance to recover a little so you can do the next long one.

Losing weight fast with exercise is all about cardio. What cardio means is any exercise that gets our heart pumping, your sweat glands running and your fat sizzling off. Basically, if you break a sweat and get out of breath, you're burning it.

Try doing something that gets your blood pumping for 30 minutes, 3 times a week. You can try running, basketball, interval training, weight lifting, kick boxing; whatever it is that's fun for you to do. Do it three times a week and remember, more is always better but don't overstretch yourself in the begining. If you can do it four or more times, you'll see the fat come off faster. Try doing cardio three times a week and after a month, you'll see results.

Together, dieting and exercising is what makes for truly great results in your weight loss efforts. It is highly recommend that you use them both to get the most out of your efforts.
